Conditions d’inscription à un séjour au pair à l’étranger

Pour devenir jeune fille au pair il faut aimer les enfants bien évidemment et pouvoir le prouver à l’aide d’un bon dossier qui sera composé de lettres de recommandation (anciennes familles d’accueil où vous avez babysittez, colos de vacances, « summer camps »…), de photos en présence d’enfants, etc. Ensuite, il faut accepter de se plier aux nouvelles règles de la famille d’accueil, à leurs horaires, leurs exigences, leurs absences, etc. Quattro, il faut en général déjà avoir un niveau A2 / B1 dans la langue cible pour être capable de comprendre les enfants et les instructions de leurs parents.

N’est donc pas jeune fille ou garçon au pair à l’étranger qui veut ! La candidate ou le candidat qui produira un dossier soigné et complet en fonction des exigences des partenaires et du pays choisi, celle ou celui qui aura acquis un diplôme d’animateur /-trice et/ ou aura de l’expérience et en plus une « bonne bouille » souriante passera avant tous les autres. Cette expérience nécessite un minimum de maturité et de sens des responsabilités.

Tous nos séjours au pair seront combinés avec des cours de langues car, par expérience, les cours de langues non seulement par nature vont accélérer les progrès linguistiques mais en plus offriront des opportunités de contacts avec d’autres jeunes du monde entier, ce qui évitera le sentiment fréquent d’isolement de la jeune fille ou du garçon au pair à l’étranger.

Règle d’or : Languages & Travel n’a JAMAIS travaillé et ne travaillera JAMAIS avec une famille d’accueil au pair en direct. Pas question d’envoyer une jeune fille ou un garçon au pair à l’étranger sans garantie d’au min. un contact dans le pays ayant soit déjà vérifié la famille d’accueil et / ou pouvant intervenir rapidement. Jamais, nous ne confierions nos propres enfants à la loterie d’Internet. Les sites Internet qui dénigrent les agences qui placent les jeunes filles / garçons ne sont pas là pour résoudre les problèmes éventuels qui peuvent se poser sur place. Faites passer le message !
